52” wall inset-mounted LCD TV, installed on an articulating arm so TV can be accessed and components/wiring in back can be serviced; TV is connected to the home computer network (to link to internet on TV with wireless keyboard); hidden DVD/Blu-ray surround system; left front, center front, right front speakers are mounted behind TV paneling; left rear, right rear speakers are on pedestals at rear of room; fully functional natural logs/gas fireplace retained; granite hearth/fireplace surround; distressed oak cabinets; LED accent lights in head bookcase valances on both left and right; functional cabinet doors on left and right of TV for CD/game/component storage; adjustable glass shelving on left and right; sytem is approximately 16’ wide by 8.5’ tall.

Separate home theater/sports viewing room in previously unused portion of basement. Recessed lighting; surround sound blu-ray speaker and TV system; granite countertop; base refrigerator; all existing overhead ductwork moved/centralized to make ceiling smooth and unobstructed; sound-proofing insulation installed between ceiling and upper floor; remote-mounted front door bell ringer; TV, outlets and lighting are on separate circuits.
